It is ready to be pulled right to a campsite and used. Everything in this unit works and is in awsome shape. This pop-up has a 6 gallon water heater, a gas furnance, and air conditioner. Kitchen sink, 3 burner propane cook-top, 3-way refrigerator, shower with a combined toilet in it. The sides are painted light steel grey, the front and rear boxes are painted metallic grey. The front and rear plastics, and AC cover are also coated with GRIZZLY GRIP COATING. The top has been redone with GRIZZLY GRIP COATING,in dove grey color. We put new flooring down throughout the camper on the floor. I put two layers thick on the front,back,and sides.
